    Regional Banking Manager

    A resident of Vancouver, Washington, Ms. Nesburg is currently a Regional Banking Manager.  She was one of the founding members who started the Vancouver Office in 2003 as a Loan Production Office.  Three years later, their team expanded to offer full service banking and they enjoy continued success with an amazingly talented team of professionals.

    Ms. Nesburg has over 32 years of business banking experience in the Vancouver Metro Area, previously holding the position of Regional Senior Vice President with Umpqua Bank with oversight of 15 offices.  Ms. Nesburg additionally had an 18-year tenure with Northwest National Bank, where she served as a Vice President, Commercial Lender.

    Ms. Nesburg represents the bank and local community through active participation in community affairs and participates in and serves as a board member for Identity Clark County; formerly Human Services Council Member 1997-2003 serving as President 2001-2002; former Regional Growth Forum Director; former Royal Oaks Finance committee member, 2004 serving as Chair Woman; current Washington Executive group member; current President of Public Facilities Board; and Treasurer for Gifts for Our Community, serving low to moderate income families through grants in our community.

    Devin Jackson is a Sr Relationship Manager in the Vancouver, Washington Office.  Devin is a native of the Pacific Northwest, but began his banking career in Regents Bank’s La Jolla office in 2005.  Over the past ten years, Devin has rotated through different departments within Regents Bank before settling into the Relationship Manager role and managing his own client portfolio.  Learning how each department functions and interacts with one another has helped Devin develop a good understanding of the bank as a whole and better support his clients.  

    Devin enjoys working with businesses that are expanding, either through organic growth or acquisition.  He also works with many businesses on succession planning and serves many second generation business owners in coordination with EVP, Tami Nesburg.  Devin’s clients are primarily in the manufacturing, construction, and professional services industries, many of which have seasonality in their operations and rely on tools such as a line of credit to manage cash flow.  Devin is also experienced with commercial real estate financing for when a business owner is ready to own their own property or an investor is looking to expand their holdings.

    Devin holds a finance degree from Gonzaga University and recently completed an MBA program at Willamette University in Portland, OR.  He is active in the local Vancouver community, serving as the Chair of Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation with the mission to improve literacy and promote life-long learning, a mentor with Leadership Clark County (a community leadership development organization), and was a Big Brother with Big Brother/Big Sister for the past seven years.

    Lisa Johns is Vice President and Client Service Manager for Regents Bank’s Vancouver Office. She has been in the banking industry for over 28 years and is currently managing Branch Operations.   Lisa originally partnered up with Tami Nesburg to open the Vancouver Office of Regents Bank as a Loan Production Office on December 14, 2003.

    Lisa began her banking career as a teller in 1987 at US Bank in Portland, Oregon.  She previously worked for US Bank, Northwest National Bank and Umpqua Bank before coming to Regents Bank in 2003. She has a wide range of banking experience from teller, new accounts, small business lending, merchant services and her current position of Branch Operations.  Together with her team, they have continued to grow business with some amazing partners and loyal clients.

    Jesse Murphy-Hill is currently a Client Service Officer for Regents Bank’s Vancouver office.  Jesse has over 5 years’ experience in the banking industry.  Previously, Jesse worked at JP Morgan Chase Bank in a similar position.  Before joining the banking industry Jesse worked at an investment firm where she obtained her series 6 and 63 licenses as well as an insurance endorsement.  She has also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Finance and Minor in Economics.

    In the past, Jesse has worked with groups such as Youth.com and the Crisis Nursery.  Jesse has also been a part of adopt a highway.  She actively leads fundraisers for the Ronald McDonald House Charities and Box Tops for Education.
