    Do I need to pre-qualify for Mobile Deposit?  No 
     
    How will I know what my daily deposit limit is?  
    You can deposit up to $2,000 per day and $5,000 per month.  
     
    How do I enroll in Mobile Deposit?  
    Login to online banking and click "Mobile Deposit Enrollment" to self-enroll. 
     
    Do I need to take a photo of both the front and back of the check?  
    Yes, the mobile app will prompt you to take a picture of both the front and back of your check . Please endorse the check before taking pictures. 
     
    How do I know if the picture of the check is clear enough for deposit? 
    When you submit the deposit, the mobile app will review your submission. If the images are not acceptable, you will be prompted to take the pictures again.  
     
    What should I do with the check after I have deposited it through the phone?  
    Upon receiving your deposit confirmation, you should hold onto the check for 60 days before destroying it.  If for any reason your check is returned, we will send you a legal copy of the original item. 
     
    How long does it take to deposit the funds/when will the funds be available?  
    Generally, funds will be available the next business day if you make your deposit before 6 p.m. PST. 
     
    How will I know the deposit was accepted?  
    If you make the deposit during a business day before 6 p.m. PST., you will receive a deposit confirmation email.  If you deposit after 6 p.m. PST during a business day or anytime on a weekend or holiday, you will receive notification the next business day.  
     
    What do I do if the deposit isn't accepted?  
    If there is an issue with the deposit, you will receive an email giving you directions on what to do next.  
     
    Do I need to use a deposit slip? 
    No. Sending a clear picture of the front and back of the check is all that's needed for the deposit.  
     
    Do I need to endorse the check?  
    Yes, all checks deposited, regardless of how they are deposited, are required to be endorsed with your signature and the account number you are depositing to.
