    Do I need to pre-qualify for Mobile Deposit? 
  • You must have a funded account with Regents Bank for at least 90 days.
  • Your account must be in good standing.
  • There is a screening process that we follow after you complete the enrollment application.

    How will I know what my daily deposit limit is?  
    You can deposit up to $2,000.00 per business day.  
     
    How do I enroll in Mobile Deposit?

    How do I get my Username and Password? 
    iPhone® and iPad® users will access Deposits from your Mobile Banking app using your Online Banking ID and password. You will be notified via email when your Deposit feature is activated. It may take up to five business days to activate this service.  
     
    Android™ users will receive your password and instructions to log in via e-mail. It may take up to five business days for us to send you your temporary password via e-mail. You will download the Mobile Banking app to use this product.  
     
    Do I need to take a photo of both the front and back of the check?  
    Yes, the app will prompt you to take a picture of both the front and back of your check . As in any deposit, you will need to endorse the check.  
     
    How do I know if the picture of the check is clear enough for deposit? 
    Once you take the picture of the check, you will be asked if you think it is clear enough. When you submit it, the app will review your submission. If the picture is not clear enough it will let you know and prompt you to take the pictures again.  
     
    What should I do with the check after I have deposited it through the phone?  
    The app will tell you that the deposit "upload" was successful. However, that doesn't mean that the deposit is complete. You should hold on to the check for 60 days after you receive an e-mail notification from us that your deposit has been accepted. If for any reason your check is returned, we will send you an image of the item you initially deposited for verification.  
     
    How long does it take to deposit the funds/when will the funds be available?  
    Generally, funds will be available the next business day if you make your deposit before 5 p.m. PST. 
     
    How will I know the deposit was accepted?  
    If you make the deposit during a business day before 5 p.m. PST., you will receive an e-mail from us that day letting you know if the deposit was accepted or if there was an issue. If you deposit after 5 p.m. during a business day or anytime on a weekend or holiday, you will receive notification the next business day.  
     
    What do I do if the deposit isn't accepted?  
    If there is an issue with the deposit, you will receive an e-mail giving you directions on what to do next.  
     
    Do I need to use a deposit slip? 
    No. Sending a clear picture of the front and back of the check is all that's needed for the deposit.  
     
    Do I need to endorse the check?  
    Yes, all checks deposited, regardless of how they are deposited, are required to be endorsed with your signature and the account number you are depositing to.
